1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 399baji platform and its users. By using our services through the 399baji website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

399baji is an online gaming and betting platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. Our platform includes Sports Betting, Live Casino, slot games, virtual sports, and esports betting.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please stop using our platform and contact our support team to close your account.

2Account Register

To register an account on 399baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to close any account created using false or misleading details.

• Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration will be verified at a later stage. Any discrepancies found will prevent account verification from being completed.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. You should never share your password with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.
• After registering your account, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Withdrawals will not be available without it.

399baji reserves the right to decline any account registration at any time and for any reason. 399baji is not obligated to provide an explanation in such cases.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account and use our services on 399baji. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

• A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate must be submitted as proof of age.
• If verification confirms the account holder is under 18, the account will be closed immediately.
• Individuals who are restricted or legally ineligible are not permitted to use this platform.

4Deposits & Payments

Several mobile banking and electronic wallet methods are available for deposits on 399baji. All deposits are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. The maximum deposit limit depends on the payment method selected.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If you experience any issues, notify our support team within 24 hours.
• All transactions are monitored in accordance with 399baji's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, we may request additional information for verification and temporarily pause processing.

5Withdrawal Rules

To withdraw funds from 399baji, your account must have a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed without it.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• If an active bonus or promotion is cancelled, the associated bonus balance and any winnings earned from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Any amount exceeding the daily withdrawal limit will be processed on the following day.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, 399baji will make a decision in accordance with its own policy.
• In the event of odds or payout changes, the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome of the bet will be determined based on the server logs.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, 399baji's decision shall be considered final.

8Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on 399baji. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or using multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identification.
• Misuse of the bonus system or bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Attempting to manipulate game results or influence other players.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or exploit any vulnerabilities in our system.
• Harassing other members or assisting in any fraudulent activity.

9Account Suspension & Closure

399baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account under any of the following circumstances.

• If the rules and terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed or incorrect information has been provided.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If the member themselves requests account closure.

If your account is closed and no terms have been violated, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team.
